These experiences then help them to discover their power to affect and contribute to the world around them, increase their confidence in themselves, help them with their personal and professional relationships, and foster a sense of community with those around them and the world at large.

Edgestrider Academy is a program designed to help individuals on their path of self-discovery and self-reliance. Our goal is to create an environment that allows participants the freedom to explore who they are and who they want to be without external expectations that force them to be a certain way. We aim to help our participants learn about themselves by asking meaningful questions of them, and by giving them space and acceptance to find the answers within themselves. Only by knowing oneself can one realize their full potential, and we can help.

Power.

Edgestrider Academy is a program designed to help individuals realize their power to affect themselves, their lives, and the world around them. Our goal is to help people realize and hone ways that they can affect the world, and to help them learn to do so in a way that is conscious of their values and the values of the people around them. It is not just about having the power to change the world, but knowing when, how, and why to use that power.

Community.

Edgestrider Academy is a program designed to help individuals find where they belong and create opportunities for participants to make lasting friendships. Our goal is to build a community of people who support each other through lasting relationships. Often, people think that they have to be powerful alone, but in reality, it is usually our relationships that make us the strongest, whether that manifests through teamwork, friendship and support, or even simple compassion for others. As strong as we are alone, it is those who stand with us who make us truly powerful.
